Arken Optics complies with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations. Certain products sold on this website may be subject to export restrictions administered by U.S. government agencies.

By purchasing products from Arken Optics, the customer agrees to comply with all applicable U.S. export laws and regulations, including any licensing or authorization requirements that may apply to the export, re-export, transfer, or use of restricted items.

Export Restrictions

The sale, transfer, or shipment outside of the U.S. of any product that is prohibited or restricted for export – without complying with U.S. export control laws (including proper licensing, documentation, or authorization) – is strictly prohibited and may result in civil penalties and/or federal criminal charges. Arken will not engage in any transaction that requires illegal export of products, nor will we assist, directly or indirectly, in any illegal export or re-export.

If you intend to purchase an item for ultimate shipment or use outside of the United States, please indicate this in your order. Depending on the order value, specific item, end user, intended use, and destination country, Arken may be required to apply for an export license with the appropriate U.S. government agency.

Several items on this website may require an export license, including but not limited to:

  • Riflescopes with illuminated reticles, exposed tactical turrets, or zero‑stop mechanisms (e.g., EP‑5, EP‑8, EPL‑4, SH‑4, LH‑4, LH‑6 series)
  • Precision scope rings and mounting systems
  • Long‑range shooting accessories (e.g., bubble levels, throw levers)

Customer Certification

By placing an order on this website, the customer certifies that:

  • The products purchased will not be exported, re‑exported, or transferred in violation of U.S. export laws or regulations.
  • The customer will not provide restricted products to prohibited persons, entities, or destinations.
  • The customer understands that certain products may require U.S. government authorization prior to export.
  • Any export‑related information provided to Arken is accurate and complete.

Arken reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that may violate applicable export control regulations.

International Orders

Customers who intend to export products purchased from Arken are solely responsible for obtaining any required U.S. export licenses or authorizations and for complying with all applicable laws of the destination country.

Arken reserves the right to inquire about the end use and country of ultimate destination for any product ordered. We also reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or delay any order that may violate U.S. export control regulations.

Important Warning

  • Export of some Arken products is strictly prohibited without a valid export license issued by the appropriate U.S. government agency.
  • U.S. law prohibits the sale, transfer, or export of items to restricted parties, embargoed countries, or destinations identified on official U.S. government lists. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of these lists.
