Warranty

Arken Optics riflescopes, mounts, and rings are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Arken Optics will repair any covered defective product at no charge or replace it with the same or a comparable model if repair is not possible.

Electronic products (e.g., laser rangefinders) and certain merchandise (e.g., T-shirts and hoodies) are excluded from the Lifetime Warranty and are covered by their respective warranty terms.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that impair proper function under normal use, such as:

● Optical issues (clarity, zeroing, adjustment)

● Mechanical failures (housing, turrets, knobs, rings, mounts)

Arken Optics will assess each claim and provide repair or replacement when necessary.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

● Loss, theft, or deliberate damage

● Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

● Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling

● Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repairs

Warranty Eligibility

● Warranty coverage is valid within the United States only

● Product registration is not required

How to File a Warranty Claim

1 Fill out the Arken Aftersale Support Form with your contact information, product details, and a description of the issue.

2 Wait for Arken to issue an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Our team will review your request and contact you with the RMA number and instructions.

3 Provide proof of purchase and include it with your shipment.

*Products returned without an RMA may not be accepted.

Shipping & Turnaround Time

For returns or exchanges due to product defects or quality issues, Arken Optics will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Return labels are valid for 60 days. If a label expires, a new RMA request will be required.

Typical processing time is within 7 business days after the product is received.
